1. Purpose

This agreement governs your participation as a partner cafe on the KT's Café platform. By registering, you agree to use the vendor panel, accept member payments, and provide services in accordance with platform policies.

2. Vendor obligations

You must provide accurate business details, maintain valid contact information, honour member wallet payments at your cafe, keep menu and timing information up to date, and comply with applicable food, tax, and licensing laws.

3. Payments & settlements

Cafe payments received through the platform are credited to your vendor cafe wallet. Withdrawals are subject to admin approval, platform fees (if any), and the withdrawal settings configured by the platform administrator.

4. KYC & activation

Your account remains inactive until admin review and approval. You may be required to submit identity, address, GST, and other business documents before full activation or withdrawal privileges are granted.

5. Data & confidentiality

You agree to use customer and transaction data only for fulfilling orders and payments on the platform. You must not misuse member information or share it with unauthorised third parties.

6. Suspension & termination

The platform may suspend or deactivate your account for policy violations, fraudulent activity, repeated customer complaints, or failure to complete KYC. Outstanding wallet balances will be handled per platform refund and withdrawal policies.

7. Acceptance

By accepting this agreement and creating your account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to these terms and to the platform Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
