1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KT's Café platform — including the mobile application, website, vendor panel, and related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and MPIN.
3. Account & KYC
We may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before enabling certain features such as withdrawals, high-value transactions, or full wallet access. You agree to submit genuine documents and understand that false information may result in account suspension.
4. Wallets & Points
- The platform uses wallet balances denominated in Points.
- Cafe Wallet funds are used for payments at partner cafes.
- Online Shopping Wallet funds are used for shop purchases and may be topped up via payment gateway.
- Wallet balances are non-transferable between users unless explicitly permitted by the platform.
5. Payments & Transactions
- All payments are subject to verification and successful processing by our payment partners.
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient wallet balance or valid payment method at checkout.
- We are not liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or network issues.
6. Shop Orders
Product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to change. Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate dispatch. Delivery is handled by third-party logistics where applicable. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for order-related terms.
7. Membership Packages
Package benefits, validity periods, and terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Packages are personal to the account holder and may not be resold or transferred.
8. Vendor Terms
Partner cafes/vendors agree to additional terms upon registration, including accurate business information, honouring accepted payments, and compliance with withdrawal procedures. Vendor wallet balances and withdrawal requests are subject to admin review.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purposes.
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' accounts.
- Manipulate referral programmes, wallets, or promotional offers.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt platform operations.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to KT's Café. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any platform content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. You may delete your account from the app or request account closure by contacting support. See our Account Deletion Process for details. Outstanding wallet balances will be handled as per applicable policies.
13. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the applicable region.
